Terms of use

Green Exis is a service of Thematic Exercise Retreats & self-awareness seminars in selected destinations in Greece that operates as a sole proprietorship and which was founded and exists in accordance with the laws of Greece. The seat of the service is the prefecture of Karditsa town in Greece.

All prices are in Euros and include all taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers with a confirmed booking will not pay the difference if the price increases, Green Exis will not refund if the price decreases. Gratuity, personal expenses or personal insurance are not included in the prices. Entrance to museums and archaeological sites requires additional costs and is included in the prices.

No hiking, yoga or other activity experience is required, however you should be in good physical condition and have no medical problems. You should also carry any medication that may have been prescribed. Hiking shoes or training shoes (eg running shoes) are required on hikes. Generally, hiking/training shoes are recommended. Preferably you should have a backpack. Hats and sunscreen are always essential, long-sleeved shirts are preferred. Let us know about allergies, injuries or other health issues we need to be aware of.

The group of participants is adults only, set at 8 people as a minimum limit for holding each Retreat with a maximum of 14 people. The right to register for participation exists up to 1 month before the opening day of each Retreat.

Green Exis reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our Retreats. We reserve the right to replace the Retreat teacher(s) in case of illness or any other emergency or force majeure and there is no refund in this case. We reserve the right to change the venues where our event takes place due to any emergency to a venue of equal quality.

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance in preparation for any trip. Green Exis does not provide or assist in the provision of travel insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the visitor.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To book a place on a Retreat organized by Green Exis, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit. Full payment must be paid no later than the day the Retreat begins. The direct payment corresponds to a 5% discount on the total price.

Full refunds are only given for cancellation up to 2 (two) months prior to the start day of the Retreat or in case of cancellation of the Retreat at the sole responsibility of Green Exis or due to coastal weather conditions. Refunds are made within 5 business days.

80% of either the deposit or lump sum is refundable if the minimum of 8 entries is not met or you can transfer your full payment/deposit to another scheduled Retreat.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance no exceptions to our policy can be made for any reason.
